Our Vietnamese brother-owners teamed up with a local chef and created this labor of love. Founded in 2008, Simmer Claw Bar, located in Rohnert Park, CA, is a unique, vibrant restaurant that has grown into three locations, all serving authentic Vietnamese and cajun cuisine. We are a minority, first-generation American-owned restaurant that is a testament to the American dream. Our owners worked hard to fine-tune our delectable menu and offer guests a sense of family and authenticity rarely seen in the restaurant industry.
